Warranty Verification & Validation Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:

  1.  The official Order Number / Order ID.
  2.  The exact Platform and Storefront Name where the purchase was made.

Chemco Corporation validates all claims against our internal order management systems. If the Order ID cannot be verified as a direct purchase from Chemco Corporation (including our official Amazon storefront, "Chemco Corp"), the warranty claim will be denied.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This manufacturer warranty is strictly non-transferable.

Because Chemco Corporation cannot verify the storage conditions, age, handling, or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized third parties, this warranty and its associated refund/replacement benefits do not extend to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, liquidators, or unauthorized third-party online storefronts.
